Superfood Smoothie

Why start your day with a morning breakfast smoothie?

Having breakfast each morning boosts our energy and restores glycogen that kick starts the metabolism for a successful day. When we decide to skip breakfast it signals to the body that it should conserve instead of burning incoming calories. When eating a balanced nutrient dense breakfast it encourages healthy eating for the day, balances blood sugar levels, boosts the metabolism, provides sustained energy levels, stimulates the brain, and promotes heart health.
